I have an ADLS2/2+ router and a NEC IP phone. I'm having trouble getting the voice to come through. Works on a Clear access router.
Hi. Sounds like some ports are being blocked on your device firewall. You can typically allow ports 5060 and 13000 to be opened for two-way traffic. You might have to even upgrade the router firmware if its possible and the problem persists. Worst case scenario you might even have to change the router as some routers just won't operate properly, no matter what firmware version is installed on them.
