Camera panasonic lumix FZ35

Zoom lever & shutter button don't work.Everything else seems to function ok

I have had the same problem, and have been quoted $250.00 for just the button. No one else seems to be able to help.

Hello. In order to view/copy-paste your pictures/videos from your camera to your computer, you should have an USB Data Cable, which, I suppose, has been given to you since you bought the camera. If you don't have any, you should contact the person that gave you this camera or you can buy an USB Data Cable from THIS website.

Hi,
I suspect the snap key is shot circuited, use contact cleaner spray in the click button often press it to get ride of possible carbon shot circuit between the switch. in some cases the processor will malfunction, and if moisture or water particles gone inside, you must open the cam and clean the motherboard thoroughly with PCB cleaning agent.

Format sdhc card on lumix dmc-fz35
Go into the camera menu and find "format"...follow the on-screen instructions. This will erase the card so download any pics from it first.

On the top of the camera, the shutter button is the large button and the zoom lever is surrounding it.

Hi there,

There's a lever on the right hand side, surrounding the shutter release button.
Turn it right to zoom out, left to zoom in.

Trimming function won't work
This is Digital Zoom I take it. best to ignore it then and do all image editing in an image editor. Do get onto Panasonic Tech Support that may have an answer for you.
