Take your Nextbook to a local repair shop. Those charging ports are usually replaceable, but it requires knowledge of soldering and you need some expensive tools in order to do it yourself!
hi jennifer just follow my simple steps..
first you check your nextbook charger is it flowing the power of charging is as require to your book if its more than actual then change charger and decrease total charging and recharge freshly.
if still having the same problem then make fully format your book reset or vanish all data from your book.
after doing these such things then flash your nextbook software from the authorized store.
your problem get solved..
Happened to me today. Fix: Boot it up and go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory Reset: Check the Erase SDCard Data Box. Make sure you backup all your important information to the External SDCard first using Astro or something. Enjoy your fixed tablet after rebooting again and going through the Wizard for the Last time.
