chek on setings if the sennsor is reflective, transmissive or auto.
should be on Auto. try to read the Sensor profile, and check if read the gap.
Try the Manual calibration, and then run the sensor profile.

SOURCE: My Zebra Zm 400 keeps saying Pause Error Condition

make sure that the maximum lenght for the label is set to something greater than the physical length of the label. I was having this issue with a 4x3 label. As soon as I increased the maximum lenght to 5 inches it worked.

Out of paper error in Zebra 110XiIII plus

There is a small thumb screw under the paper guide that has an adjustable stop to hold the paper. If you load it correctly, you should have one on each side to guide the paper into the printer. Also, the machine has either a roller or a bar to hang the labels on, correct? The bar has an adjustable stop to keep the roll from moving around while you print. You may want to setup the media sensor about 1 cm from the left of the printer to make it less subject to this type of error. They come from the factory very close to the edge of the paper to allow for some card printers to work well out of the box. Most people use labels and this is not necessary. I hope I have given you some helpful information.

Out of Paper Error

You get the error because the printer doesn't see any paper.
There are paper guides that need to be set for the size of the labels being printed. If you are switching from a 4" wide roll or sheet to a 3 1/2" label, you will have to move the slider in about 1/2". You will also have to calibrate the printer when you change label stock. If it won't calibrate, make sure the photoeye is hittint the break between labels. The photoeye is located where you insert the labels into the printhead path.

Error printer zebra 220

Recalibrate. Sometimes the LED is too strong and it will show through the paper or the sensor is damaged. People will jam screwdrivers in there to get the label out. This sensor is found where the label first goes into the rollers.
