Sorry but I have no experience with that particular watch. I would assume it pulls straight out like most others. Look for a notch or groove in the casing against the edge of the backing plate where you could insert the point of a micro straight screwdriver or the point of a pocket knife to pop the backing plate out of the casing. Note, be very careful not to cut your self doing this. If there is no notch or groove visible you might be wise to consult a local watch dealer.
Most watch backs either pop off or unscrew. If it is the pop-off kind, it will have a single indent or notch, either on the case right where it meets with the back or onn the back . There are many tools designed to due this by giving you good leverage as well as minimize the risk of slipping and scratching any part of it. However it can be accomplished using a knife or small screwdriver. Be very careful when positioning the tool in case of slippage that you don't hurt yourself or the watch. Then simply push in toward the case and it should seperate. If unsure, allow a professional to do this for you so you don't scratch the case. If the back is a screw on, there are a variety of specially made tools designed for watches. If you aren't practiced, it is very easy to scratch up the casing. And, again I'd recommend having it opened by a professional.
Take to a jeweler with a watchmaker, or at least to a jewelry store that works on watches. You may be able to get it off, but you will never be able to get it back on!

While in (digital) Clock mode (NOT in alarm setting mode!!!), push the bottom-right button and then the top-right, to toggle alarm on & off.
Place the watch face down on the cloth. This will help keep your watch from being scratched.
Examine the links closest to the buckle. These links will have small pin holes on each side of the link, as well as a small arrow engraved on the inner side of the band. These indicate the direction the pins must be removed.
Place the driving tool (a thumbtack will work) inside the pin hole in the band and push the pin out in the direction of the arrow. Remove the pin carefully from the other side.
Repeat Step 3 to remove any links needed to adjust the band properly.
Reattach the band to the buckle. Attach each end of the buckle back to the bracelet, driving the pin in the opposite direction from how it was removed (opposite the arrow).
