I ahve noticed that the Gas we use is butane and not propane which is the LPG gas used for the calibration of the orifice. My technician tells the yellow flame will not stop unless the orifice is change to the proper size.

Could also be the amount of air getting into each burner. There should be a metal ring with holes on the front of each burner. There should be a set screw to keep it from turning by it self. Loosen the screw and turn the ring until the flame burns better and tighten the screw back again. If the orfice is the wrong size for the gas you have, it might be able to be drilled out or needs replaced if it needs to be smaller. You will need the manual to find out the correct size orfice, it will be a letter size of a drill bit, some what hard to find.

Pitco Frialator deep fryer boils over randomly. Is the high limit sensor or the thermostat the problem?

Trade Chef here.

Dirty oil.
Wet food.
Adding too much at one time.

Thermostat problems would burn food. Use a good quality thermometer IN the oil against what the dial says.

Are Propane LPG fryers compatible with Butane LpG

Talk to the manufacturer or check your owners manual. The jets in the burner must be slightly smaller for butane. The flame will burn yellow with black soot/smoke if you don't change them.

Pitco ssh75 doesnt run yellow (right) light for melt/cook blinking 7 times tried reseting by unplugging but doesnt reset

7 flashes on ignition module's diagnostic led indicates that the flame rod is shorted to ground. Check the igniter tip's clearance to the pilot assembly and adjust if necessary. Also check the igniter cable for damaged insulation.

My pitco 35 c the flame is burning yellow and not going inside the very wall i thought it might be the regulator pressure on the fryer on the back side

Low gas pressure will produce low flame quality (yellow flame).
Check and remove any dirt or soot on burner holes, and orifice
Burner flame not going inside the fire tube could be due to soot or carbon build up inside the fire tube blocking the flame path, check the inside of the fire tube, if considerable amount of soot is seen, better have them removed.
Yellow flame will cause a lot of problem on fryers if not corrected as soon as possible.
If you have doubt on your gas regulator, better have a qualified service technician to check it.

I USE THE FRYER WITH PROPAN GAS THE FIRE IS YELLOW AND ITS SMOKING EVEV IF THE PROPAN IS FULL

You need to adjust your "Jet" and or mixture control if there is one, the Air/fuel "Mix" isn't correct. It should burn a nice "Blue".
