Condensation error, cleaned capping unit want to open print head to clean furter
SOURCE: I have a ricoh 2232c. Do you know how I can clean
In order to clean the optics, you have to remove the two optic covers (one over the **** glass on the left and one on the rear side of the main platen glass). Each cover should have 2 or 3 screws.
Clean the **** glass and platen glass with alcohol and a lint-free rag (both sides) and blow compressed air onto the mirrors, lamp, and reflector. It's a good idea to turn off the copier before doing this.
When reassembling, clean the white strip on the underside of the **** glass cover as well.
SOURCE: How to clean a fuser unit?
You can remove it and blow it off, or replace it, but you can't really clean it in the traditional sense. The rollers around the fuser however can be cleaned with a swab and alcohol. just try and get the pure stuff and not the bargain brand. In many cases if it leaves a residue it would defeat the purpose.

What type of environment is this copier in? Standard office, warehouse, etc. If the temperature in the area fluctuates a lot, that could have something to do with your problem. Usually ghosting problems like that originate in the fuser. Try increasing or decreasing the fuser temperature to see if that fixes the issue.
SOURCE: RICOH FW740 is printing with a ghost image. Can I clean it myself?
Ghost images appear on
the printed page because of bad cleaning blade or improper charging of
the drum unit. Ghost images appear on the next printed page if
cleaning blade does not clean the drum surface. Drum/ photoconductor
is very sensitive to light, so special care should taken while pulling
it out. Read More here Image ghosting problem
This signal is triggered by the HVPS due to an accumulation of
