Ensure volume control on side of tablet is turned up. Otherwise probably bad output connector.

How do I put music on my tablet and itdoesnt have bluetlorh

* Check your warranty. Call for support.

*** Following is for information only.***
* Brand and model for specific solutions.
* Most devices have some sort of "connection" to the outside world. Otherwise it's just a phone or document reader.
* Use the same method to transfer document (ebooks, PDF, pictures, etc.) but transfer the MP3 music files.
* You probably can download or transfer any digital file using this method. BUT you will need app to read or play them. IE: mp3 player app to play audio. (WAV audio may need a different app.)
* Mpeg3, MP3, MP4, AVI may need separate apps too.
* Your device does not have blue tooth but does have "Ear Buds" plug in.
* Many Blue tooth speakers may come with an "ear Bud" or Earphone plug adapter. This allows you to plug the speaker directly into your device without having to use Blue tooth. (Direct is better as it uses less power on your device.)
* Direct connection may give you a better sound (High Fidelity) than Blue tooth. Deeper bass, Higher Treble.
* Transfer files is possible on some devices by loading it directly to the SD memory card. Remove card from device and plug into lap top. Transfer files directly to music folder on card (note; load only file types that your device can play.) Return SD card to device and check files with app or File reader.
* You may be able to transfer files using the "Micro USB" or USB port on your device. Though many stopped this file transfer option. It's only used for recharging.
* Last method (most common) is to use "cloud drive" service. Many devices already come with remote data storage on the internet. They do this for low RAM devices. "You don't need Lots of RAM if everything is stored in the "Cloud". Use your laptop to transfer files to cloud and then access file from cloud to your device.
* Contact your device support for additional advice.

Sound in speakers is lousy

Tablets are notorious for bad sound. I use a volume adjuster app to boost sound and use earphones.

Having problem with the sound. Only can hear with headset... Is that how this table is set up?

It is very possible that the earphone jack is defective and causing the problem. I had a tablet that would not make any sounds through the speakers after I plugged into the earphone jack and then removed the plug. I could hear only through the earphones after that. The problem was caused by a fault in the earphone jack. I had to send the tablet back to the manufacturer where they replaced the faulty jack. But before you send the tablet back to the manufacturer make sure that the tablet isn't muted by going to "settings" then go to "sound" and see if it is turned down or muted.

My 7" zeki tblet model TBDG773B comes on and shows android and nothing else will.

You can try a factory restore, but if that doesn't work you will need to buy a new tablet. These cheap tablets are throw-aways unfortunately. Note that a factory restore will erase any files you have on the device.

Factory Restore on Android devices:
- Turn off the device
- Hold Volume Down and also press the Power button until a menu comes up
- Use the Volume Up and Down buttons to select Factory Reset (or Restore)
- Press Power to select

Headphone/earphones only left ear plays

Either the plus is not completely inserted (most likely) or a wire is loose or the earphones are damaged.

How to reset a tblet

There maybe a tiny pinhole Reset button on the back of the tablet. Use a straightened paper clip and insert it into this pinhole.

Having problems with kidzstar tblet, worked fine for a day nd half, now won't let us access films etc. have tried a hard reset...

I have same prob. Got through to help desk after 3/4hr on hold. Apparently server in the US has crashed so everyone is experiencing problems with the Kidstar mode. Our tablet used to be OK too but now not. Guy I spoke to said he's hoping server should be fixed by tom pm. He didn't seem to know what was going on to be honest. It all seems a bit odd. Hope this answer of some help.
