Bring the unit out of sleep by pressing any button, wait about 5 seconds and the press AND HOLD start/pause and CANCEL an E followed by numbers should appear in the display. Tell us what those numbers are..
Make sure the latch is not broken on the door. Retry. If this continues contact a professional so the latch and door assembly can be diagnosed. Also check to see if the door is sagging down at all.
