Phillips 42pf5321d/37 No picture Error code D3V3

I have the 42 inch plasma. We started out with 4 blinking red lights, then went to a steady green. I opened it up following other strings posted, I found a green diode blinking at the alarm code board. Blinks 4 times, code = D3V3. Also, when powering up, 2 LEDS "cold" power on and then off after about 4-5 seconds. Have already replaced main Y board.
Any ideas?
Thanks

No power to my Phillips 42 inch Plasma 42pf7321d/37, just a red blinking light

Most likely it going to be a power supply related problem. The red blinking light is a code for a TV tech to diagnose the problem on the power supply board itself or the board that regulates the power for the screen. Some manufactures call it a Backlight Inverter Board. A TV repair shop should be able to look at it for you and tell you which board is bad.
Replacement boards can be found at a good price at Shopjimmy.com

I have a Philips Plasma tv 42pf5321d/37 with sound but no picture

Thats the great sound of Exploding capacitors on either the power supply board. or another one in there. Now the set is in fault protection. It tried to warn you with the RED blinking LED that there was something amiss by shutting itself down. When you unplugged you reset the error and allowed it to do it again.

Best Regards and Smper Fi

No Picture just 4 red blinking lights

Look For TWO 10 Volt 33000 mfd. Caps That Appear To Be Swollen,They Are Next To Each Other At The Bottom Of The Power Supply Board, Change Them To 16 Volt Versions.

Philips 42PF5321D/37 Error Codes

replacing ssb for 4 blink error was correct as error is communication failure specific to micro processor on ssb. getting an alternate error after replacing ssb would suggest either wrong ssb or defective ssb. verify vendor number on ssb tuner on original and new ssb and if same reorder that board and if not order per original board

Measure the connector from the logic board to the power supply the second pin from the left it will say Vs_ On if the set has 3.1 volts the problem is the SSB or the logic board. On the logic board there should be a solid led and a flashing led that shown that data id flowing and the problem is the SSB. The SSB is easy to replace just remember what you tokk loose and from where. You probely will save money that way. If the set is in warranty or just out of warranty contact Philips 1-888-744-5477 and see what they can do first.
