Determine if access to motor is from front or rear. Remove securing screws, remove panel and observe motor. Is the pulley spinning? If not, the start/run capapcitor may have failed- it looks like a small shiney can (about the size of a pack of cigarettes) and generally has two white wires going to it. Replace. With unit UNPLUGGED, grasp the pulley of the motor and turn it. Does it turn freely? if not, bearings are frozen and you may have to replace motor. If motor shaft is turning, then check belt. Is it broken or slipping? if so replace, if not, check tub and see if it moves freely on it's felt bearings. If not, check two support rollers toward back of unit. Are they intact and moving freely? If not replace.
