If you have not removable battery try this: hold down power button more than 3 second and in menu touch 'reboot'.

something you might of downloaded or installed. An app or screen saver or live wallpaper can do this. uninstall what you recently installed and go from there. after two or three apps then reset you phone and see what happens

Install App2Sd(from Google playstore) and then try to move the app after restarting your phone
