I have WiFi connectivity problem with my Apple iPad 2 32 GB. I have tried to correct the fault by using possible options in 'Settings' I am receiving full signals from the internet but when I try to connect with any website, the answer is "you are not connected to Internet ". Thanks for the help.
You can try forgetting your network and then joining it again by going to settings, WiFi, the network you are on, then "forget this network", then find it again and join it. If that doesn't work, then you could reset all your network settings by going to your settings, general, reset, then press "Reset Network Settings".

You have to manually setup the ip address in the network settings. The router that you have can not assign the iPad an address.

If your ipad is connected then it might be that your router needs to reset or your internet is down. Just unplug your modem and router for 5 seconds then plug in and see if that helps it. Check if your computers can connect to the internet.
SOURCE: I have the Archos 101
I had the same problem with my third Archos 101 (I've had two replacements to the first one I bought in June 2011). I just got the third one two days ago and it wouldn't connect to my WiFi like the previous two would. I had to add the 101's MAC address to my router's setup and now I'm connecting to the Internet. Alternatively, if your cell phone supports tethering (my HTC Tilt does) you can tether your 101 to access the Internet through your phone. Mine is working well that way....for now.
SOURCE: I had bought an ipad
I was very happy when I got my hands on the new iPad. I didn't notice this at first, but when I took the tablet into my backyard, and my iPhone was able to pick up my router signal without a hassle; the iPad didn't pick up the network at all. This became a nightmare for me. A friend suggested trying the "Forget This Network" reset method, which used to work on the older models, but this didn't improve the wifi range at all. Right when I lost all hope, I came across WIRED magazine and found a review of Pong Research cases, After seeing the great feedback on their products, I bought one and it finally solve the new iPad 3 wifi issues . The back cover has a built-in antenna in between its layers, which redirects and boosts the signals and range, allowing me to getting connected from much further away.
