Make sure the set screw holding the blower wheel to the motor shaft is tight.
Try replacing the run capacitor for the fan motor if that does not do it. (If the motor shaft turns and the wheel turns, but squeels real loud, then replace the wheel if the set screw is tight.)

I can almost certainly tell you that Your Pump is gone! There is no way to check them because the symptom you describe is the check! The pumps go for $35 to $135. So shop around and get ready to take your entire machine apart. Good luck
with window air conditions there is an attachment that you can get that allows for a hose attachment
failing that use pieces of 25 mm (1") conduit . start with a right angle silastic it against the drain hole and short pieces and other angles to get the conduit to where it drains into a garden of water drain.
e conduit saddle clams to hold the conduit in place.
if you can hear the pump pumping then there has to be a blockage in the drain hose or the sump hose (the hose that takes the water from the drum to the pump)..
first off you probably damaged or shorted out something in the electronics using a hose to clean an electricial appliance second the drain is probably clogged and water is being slung around the fan shroud
I would take the back off and look for a small 5mm pipe leading upwards from the base of the drum and take it off and blow gently into it you should hear a click and one when you release the air if so then the place where you took the pipe from is blocked clean it out with a pipe cleaner or metal rod and replace the pipe as sometimes this pipe gets blocked with soap goo preventing the water sensor from doing its job eric
Open the filter-cover near the bottom of the machine. Unscrew emergency drain cap by turning it to the left and drain off all the water. Unscrew the filter cap and take it out. Wash any dirt or other material from the filter. Make sure the drain pump propeller behind the filter is not blocked. Replace the filter cap. Replace the filter-cover.
The Water Drain error can be cleared by turning POWER SW OFF and back ON.
If the water only trickles out of the draining hose, pause the
washer and blow air down the hose, you should hear the water inside the
unit bubble a few times. If you don't hear bubbles, the hose is still
blocked.
Drain the load, empty the washer of clothes and try running a rinse & spin cycle. You should repeat this until
the water runs clear from the drain hose.
If the machine still fails to drain, you may need to replace your Drain pump.
If you are noticing that the dishes are not clean, then there are a few things to check for. Check the soap powder if it's kept in a dry environment. Also try replacing the powder with something like a gel or liquid. Next thing to check for is the water pressure and fill valve. Check if the water is filling in and the spray arms are throwing the water with enough pressure. Try and listen to the sound if you hear a proper spraying action sound. If it seems as a low water pressure then check the fill valve. Now, check if dishwasher is draining the water or not. While the dishwasher is working check whether the dishwasher is draining and there is not much left out water after the cycle is complete. Dishwasher not draining issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged drain filter or drain pump. Check the drain hose for any visible clogging, remove if present. If no visible lint is present then remove then turn off the dishwasher and remove the drain hose and check for any visible clogging. If still not visible then the drain filter or drain pump is clogged and you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump.
Remove any kinks in the drain hose. Ensure that the washer is not sitting on the hose.
Inspect the household drain. Remove clogs, if possible. Call a plumber if you cannot remove the clogs.
Check the drain and make sure there is an air gap between the hose and drain. An air gap is necessary to prevent the drain hose from siphoning water.
Clean the pump filter. Open the pump access door. Turn the pump filter counter-clockwise and remove it. Remove dirt and debris. Replace the filter and close the pump access door.
Rearrange the clothing in the load. An unbalanced load can prevent the washer from spinning or draining.
Allow the washer to cool down for two hours. If the washer overheats, it will stop the motor and cool down before restarting.
Close the door completely. The washer will not operate if the door is not securely closed.
Try cleaning out the air gap. The air gap is not part of the machine, and is located on your sink. If this becomes clogged, it may cause the machine to not drain properly. Also, I know you said you checked the drain hose and cleaned as far as the filter and chopper blade, but have you checked the lower filter? There is a filter located underneath the machine that should periodically be cleaned. To check this, you need to access the machine from underneath by removing the bottom vanity cover.
Hope that one of these helps!
