you need 2 replace the dog...! (BEFORE THE WIRING job) ...that's a really tight spot they're in....

No idea to be honest but you must be able to find the colour of the wires at the ends and then re-connect them i would have thought unless its all the same colour wires ,or look at the council scrap yards and see if you see a similar machine and take the wireing out of it but take plenty of pics on the phone so you know where they all go ?.
the hanes jeep manual located at any autoparts store for this model cherokee comes complete with full detailed wiring diagrams, if you're lucky you can find one cheaper on amazon or ebay but they're very usefull for small repairs and troubleshooting!
If the dog chewed up the coil wire you will need a new coil. How did the dog GET to the wiring? Did you let the dog live? The wires are color coded. Splice the wires color to color. Depending on how badly the dog tore up the wires, you may want to get a new, (or used) wiring harness and re-wire the bike following the pattern of the existing wiring.
