Why is my Motion Pro Go Kart 250cc not getting fire?

I have changed the coil, CDI box, and CDI relay. I have no fire with the key on to the CDI relay. Where does the CDI relay get its power from? We have fire with the key on to other areas, just not to the CDI relay. The engine is XF172MM, 250cc.

My 1980 pe 250 is getting fire from magnetio to cdi box but not to coil put new cdi box off a running pe 250 and still no fire to coil

Check the coil. Swap it with another if possible to check. Sometimes coils fail short-circuit on the primary. If so, you will see no signal from the CDI when attached to the coil.

I need to know how I can re wire a diffent cdi I box to a sq 125 kt cheetah go kart I can not find any were to buy a new 1 as it it a chinese import I did not relies that until I blow the cdi so any 1 out...

It\'s always a pain to deal with the Chinese imports due to parts support, but there is a silver lining. The parts are usually interchangeable with many other of their clones. Looking on Ebay there is a good number of CDIs. See which one would be most applicable given your connections. There are entire kits such as this one:

They are all relatively inexpensive, the trick is to figure out your diagram and match it up. I even some some higher-end looking CDI boxes for engines that may be like yours.

No fire to coil changed stator checked ac voltage with meter on 3 white and brown and green wires voltage to rectifier no power on red or white wire to cdi, changed cdi box still no voltage on coil

Do you have a teather switch ? I would suggest start by checking the resistance of the on off switch . Then procede to the cdi relay. If you do not know how to test such items let me know and I will break it down step by step.

I have a go kart with a 1979 250cc kawasaki enduro motor in it, and there is something that got tooken off and its what make it so the battery keepts charged, just wondering if you know what that its and...

To keep a battery charged you require several things, source coils and magneto (on end of crankshaft) leads from which should go to a rectifier/regulator, ignition coil and the cdi unit or black box. Leads from the black box and magneto should trace back thru' a fuse to a battery if a battery is required. However, Enduro lighting and ignition systems were developed without batteries in mind mostly.

At idle and half throttle the front two cylinders dont fire

The year of the magna can make a difference on the answer. Early magna's had two cdi boxes. Later models had one.The front two cylinders use the same coil and possibly the same cdi box.I suspect a bad coil since since it operates both cylinders. Compare the readings between the two coils or switch them to see if the problem changes from front to back. This will work for duel cdi box models too. If these checks show no change in the front cylinders not firing, You probably need a new pulse pick up(the cdi equivalent of points.

1987 Honda shadow vt1100c no spark at any plug

The voltage on the coils is present except at the instant of firing. The interruption of the voltage is what causes the coil to fire. The cdi box is what causes the voltage interruption.
The interruption is very hard to detect. You are not the first to be stymied by that box. If you have access to an oscilloscope, I think you can see the pulse if it occurs.
