The default is the last 4 digits of your telephone number. If this does not work, you can try contacting your phone service provider for help.

try dialing #43574357* it should show you the sid meid min etc. make sure you write down SID. then go to settings from the main menu>press *>587846. in the MIN and MDN field put in 10 digit phone number and put in SID exactly the same as you wrote it down so if 0 is the first number be sure to put 0 and the rest of the numbers. the phone will reset and your phone WILL work
