How to take the front panel off of a ge stackable washing machine

yes those bolts are meant to be removed or they will hinder the machine from operating

usually u just pry off the plastic caps then remove the bolts

USUALYY FRONT DRUM GLIDES AND REAR BEARING ASSYMBLEY PARTS ARE MADE OF TEFLON AND THEY WEAR OUT

there are two tabs about one inch in from either side of the unit in the front push them in with a flat tip screwdriver and the front panel will come off

If you have a new machine, did you remove the shipping bolts that secure the washer tub?

Im haveing the same exact problem on the same exact machine... I have taken all the pannels off, and drained the water. I was wondering if there may be a way that the pump lost it's prime and needs to be re-primed? (wishfull thinking on my part.) There was no indication that the pump burnt out, it just stopped working instantly with no symptoms. The other functions seem to work, it will agitate the laundry, and then will just stop when it comes to the pump cycle. Any help is appreciated. Thank You.
