Trotter 545 treadmill runs fine without weight of the runner. As soon as you reach 4 miles per hour with a runner on it, the circuit breaker kicks off?

The number is at the bottom of the Recall information.

Some have a breaker, but looking for it shows me that it has a separate power supply. You need to test components with a Multimeter.

Draining too much current for the breaker! Plug it into a circuit with a higher fuse!

please RUN the software calibration go under the HOOD motor and see the instruction, for easy diagnostic and fix it.

TRY SPEED BALANCING THE TIRES THIS ALWAYS HELP.

Dear Sir:
This is probably a 1(faulty speed sensor or the 2( speed sensor is not plugged in properly. Its also possibly a 3(faulty motor control board or lower board+ 4( Main motor faulty. Adjust the speed sensor see the diagram.

Run the software calibration for easy diagnose and troubleshooting.

Dear Sir:
I hope you are fine, and try it to help you.
The problem will be in electrical problem:
Disconect the power cord very important.
1) Check for continuity or short the power Cord with a DVOM( Digital Voltimeter) repair o replace
2) If the circuit breaker of the machine if tripped, Reset, 3) If the circuit breaker of the home or building are tripped, Reset.
4)Check the Voltage of the input of transformer, and secundary wind too. Smell if very hot or smoke? if this happen the transformer is faulty you must replace or rewind. But before you dismantling check the electronic component around, with DVOM, capacitor, resistor, diode, transistor is o.k or are faulty.
5)See if some wires is loosing tighted or solder it.
6) Finally the PCB will be faulty.Replace.

It's in Miles The treadmill goes a max of 14km an hour - if you increase the speed it only goes to 8 - 14km per hour is 8.4 miles per hour and I've been running between 5.5 and 6.5 and covering 3 miles which would be about right :) Hope this helps
