If I understand this correctly,

You closed the telus ISP account at your house and changed internet suppliers to go mobile.

If this is correct then you are no longer paying for the email service from Telus. So they have closed the account which is associated with your email.

You can reset your TELUS email password online
If you can access your internet account online on the TELUS.com website, you can reset your own email password. I will show you how. Please do the following:

1) Click on the following link: https://www.telus.com/youraccount

2) Log in with your Username/Email and password.

3) Once you are logged into your account, look under the "Products & Services".
Beside "TELUS High Speed", click on the "View details / modify" link.

4) On this page that loads up, under the "E-mail boxes" section, look for your Email box and then click on the "password" link.

5) As prompted, enter whatever you'd like for your new email password (twice).
Once you are finished, click on the green "Change" button.

You will get a confirmation notification if the password change worked or not. Once it was successfully, you can log out of that page.

If you dont have access to your TELUS Home services online , you can call them at 1 -877-310-8324 or telus.com/chat so they can reset your email password

Access into your cPanel, then mail section. You will see [email protected] and change the password from there.
