raise the volume of ringer or go to settings and allow ring and vibrate

Reset The Phone All Contacts & Data Of Phone Memory Will Be Deleted.

HAVE YOU PHYSICALLY PICKED UP THE PHONE AND LOOK ON THE BOTTOM ?? MOST HAVE A LOW, MEDIUM OR OFF SWITCH FOR THE RINGER ON THE BOTTOM OF THE UNIT.

Make sure sound is turned on by flipping small switch on left hand side of phone off of red. and push volume button

The ringer of your phone might have got moisture ir there may be a short circuit inside.
open up your phone and keep it for sometime to dry out the moisture. If this dsnt work, then take your phone to the nearest service centre to get it checked for the short circuit.

On the left side of the phone are two button: A rocker button and a push button. With the flip CLOSED, push the rocker button down. you will see Style:Silent. Push the other button until Style:Loud comes up. Push the rocker button down again to exit the function. Open the Flip and use the rocker button to set the Ringer volume. You can set the ringer volume however you want for each style. My phone swiches by itself constantly when I put it in my jeans pocket, very annoying.

Hi Michelle, you did not say whici phone system you have but I find most of my older manuals at www.wedophones.com. Once you get to the site click on manuals in the upper right side, scroll down to find Samsung, click on Samsung, scroll down to find your system manual and you can save a copy on your computer for future reference.
