73 inch tv speakers are off how do you turn them on

Go to menu and click on sound on this click to see if speakers are turned on if not click on if that doesnt work try the try the return to factory settings..

It Sounds like to me that there is something with in the Optical block causing the problem.
I would recommend a professional to look at it and confirm this.

If your TV is DLP , Then your Light engine is Bad,when color changes and little spots appear it is light engine.

DLP IC DEFECTIVE --Depending on model you may be able to just replace the ic --in others the complete light engine which is much more expensive

Take a flashlight and at a angled view see if you can see the picture, if you can the lights burned out in the back

look for a button on the remote most probably labeled " CC " or go into the menu in the audio or setup section and you should find the closed caption settings.

Replacement lenticular screen for vs6041 60 inch mitsh

we recently cracked our lenticular screen on our 73 in mitsubishi i called the manufacturer and they said they no longer make them. so i looked thru websites to see if i could find some one with a 73 in tv or bigger that they were no longer using or didnt work and i found a guy on www.ksl.com that had an 80 inch tv and we went to go pick up screen cut it to my tv size and it worked!!.
