No. The Z1275 is not a battery charger. If you want to use rechargeable batteries then you must charge them outside the camera using a separate battery charger.

Are you refusing to format the card?

Most of the time is very good indication of water/liquid damage

unknowingly, pressure might have fallen,resulting in breakage of the LCD,that can be replaced.

Yes, the Z1275 will work with SDHC cards.

Minimum System Req:

Windows OS XP or later, Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher
600 MHz processor or higher
Macintosh OS X 10.3 or higher

Minimum Hardware:
128 MB ram
200 MB available disk space
CD-Rom drive
USB port

I have vista on my computer and I looked on kodak help site and I did not find any updated or conversion software for the Z1275 camera.

I use a SD card and then put the SD card in my computer to transfer pictures.
