Why doesMy led light stays on with my Alcatel mobile

My problem is same like that what is above mentioned. After updating 4 led turned on no internet connection. Also doesn't open 192.168.1.1 . I had tried to open after reset not opening. WiFi connectivity was gone after update I doesn't find the WiFi after several searching on mobile and laptop. Kindly Help me. My Alcatel linkzone 4g model number is MW40CJ.

Most pride chargers show up the green light when batteries r charged...when charging u should have a red power led & an orange led ...hope this helps
