LOC is displayed and I've tried to reset by unplugging and as recommended on the tech data sheet
Disconnect power to reset the control to return washer to normal
operation is this occurs.
To clear latest stored error code:
Place the control into Diagnostic test Mode.
• Turn the program knob clockwise 9 clicks from the Start Position. The control will signal the last error code.
• Press and hold the Options and Pause Cancel buttons for 3 seconds. The code will be cleared.
• Exit Diagnostic Mode to return the washer to normal operation

Pressing the options and select buttons simultaneously for 5-10 seconds worked. For me it happened this way: on the first attempt, with the indicator lights already "timed-out" and off, pressing and holding the options and select buttons simultaneously for 5-10 seconds caused the lights to come back on and flash the "LOC" code again. But holding the options and select buttons together for 5-10 seconds a second time caused the indicator lights to stop flashing, and allowed me to start the cycle.

That is a control locked sign you need to relase the Child lock from the control panel and this should be in your manual if not go to their website and you can download the use and care guide

All the lights are on, but the door lock. We have unplugged it, doesn't help. Our washer is the front load, model LTF 2140ES0.

With an error code or loc message the only way to find and to repair this is,
First unplug the washer and wait a ten minutes then restart it like rebooting your computer when its acting strange!
If it corrects the problem GREAT!!! WE WIN!
If not only a trained laundry tech can make the electronic diagnoses.
Like we used to be able to fix my own cars, but not today they need diagnostic equipment!
How old is the appliance?
If the appliance is 10 years old or more you it may not be advisable to put good money into bad!
New appliances are so much more efficient today that they can save you a lot of money in energy!!!!

You have accidentally locked the machine. Hold the "Options" button and the "Select" button simultaneously for 10-15 seconds and you are goog to go.

LOC error code is displayed when the control panel
is locked, to unlock it press the OPTION & SELECT button and hold them for
20 seconds. This should reset the control, if it does not then replacing the
control is recommended repair. Please get back to me if you have any other
