Sadly, considering they are likely inexpensive, best thing is to replace them completely with a new binocular. The price to repair them could be better spent on a new or good used binocular.
If that isn't acceptable, you can Cory at [email protected] for a price for parts or repair. He comes HIGHLY recommended after I have received consistently high quality repairs on different pieces of optical equipment I've sent him.
Good Luck

Tasco zip binoculars 8x-16x40 camouflage zoom feature repair. Who can do the repair and approximately how much will it cost.

Contact Tasco Customer Service, it's a good possibility they'll help you out and perhaps for free if it's under warranty, many have lifetime warranties! Thanks and have a great day!

I have a pair of Tasco 7x50 InFocus which is giving me a twin focus with the left image above the right one is this repairable, please advise.Garry.

Hi Garry,
It sounds like there is a problem with the collimation of the binoculars this can be fixed, Best bet is to find a Tasco service center/agent, Check their website for locations/contacts. I will be getting mine serviced soon ( I own the same model ) I hear it costs about $40 - $60 AUD to have this done, which includes a clean.

Before doing this make sure that the objective lens' are screwed in nice and tight ( Makes a big difference ) and may save you the cost of a service :)

My center focus binocular gives a double image that is out of alignment when looking at objects. How can this be fixed?

They are out of collimation, probably because one of the prisms has shifted a bit. This is usually caused by them taking a knock. Fixing them, if it can be done at all, is a skilled job, and Tascos are replaceable for less than the cost of repair, unless you can get it done under warranty (they would probably just send you new ones).

If you Google for a repair agent you will find that "The Binocular & Telescope Shop" in Melbourne, may be able to help with a generic one that will do the trick.

My Tasco model 440, 7 x 50 binoculars, 1980 vintage needs new eyecups. Where can I find replacements. Bill

You'll need to measure your eyepiece in "mm". Also determine if your eyepiece has an outer ring the eyepiece will slip over. You can find eyecups/guards on Ebay. Search under Binocular Eyecup or Binocular Eye Guard. There are also eyecups under "rubber eyecups/rubber eyeguards" but alot of these are for Microscopes and may not fit. You will need to pay close attention to the mounting type and measurements.

My lens is out on my tasco 10x50 mm zip focus 2023 brz wideangle , I just bought these used and the lens was out but I have it, how can i get it to stay in place?

Crazy glue will sometimes leave a white cloudy film on the glass surface. I've had good luck with www.binocularservice.com and they are very reasonable too.
