Unfortunately, you cannot reset the page counter on any kyocera printer. Unless you have an eeprom reader with the appropriate software.

Just a suggestion but in the application you are using, make sure the "Page Setup" is set to the envelope you need and the source for the envelope is correct.

Also, check the driver settings to make sure they match what the application needs.

Hello, I have problem with Printer Kyocera FS-1300.. when i connect it to pc, it starts to print some symbols, like smiley face on left corner of page, and i cant stop it, when i disconnnect my device...
Hi. I would suggest that you unplug the printer, reinstall software and check you computer for viruses. If i continues, try letting it print out. maybe someone set so that 30 pages with a smiley would be printed next time you plugged it in. I how this will fix you problem.
