How do i reset my netbook

If the Battery is removable then try removing and starting it else press all the 3 buttons and factory reset it.

You have to reset it to factory default just follow those steps:
1. shutdown the tablette
2. hold volume up button and press the power button
3. when manufacturer logo come realise the power button but keep hloding the volume button to get into recovery mode
4. in recovery mode use volume up/down button to navigate and the power button to select
5. choose WIPE DATA / FACTORY RESET than select YES .... wait a moment then select WIPE CACHE PARTITION
6. finale step select REBOOT
keep in your mind the all data in the phone will be erased (apps & games)
ALL DONE!!!!

From the Zeki website it says do this.
If you have set the screen lock to a password or pin code, and have forgotten the code; you will need to reset you tablet to factory default setting.

1. Make sure your tablet has a full charge
2. Press and hold the Volume - button and tap the Reset button
   (The reset button is located between the HDMI and USB ports)
3. Continue holding the Volume - button until the boot screen appears
4. Release the Volume - button
5. Use the volume controls to navigate to "Wipe data/Factory reset"
6. Press the power button to select
7. Navigate to "Delete all user date"
8. Press the power button to select

Your table will take several minutes to reboot to a factory default setting.

If you synced your tablet with your computer you can restore the device with the computer you last synced with. it allows you to reset the password and re sync your data or restore the back-up. Or you can do a master reset by holding the power button and down volume until the menu appears then choose restore factory reset, you will loose all apps that you have downloaded. remember to remove the SD card before you do the reset.

You may have to have an account.

I would try a hard reset. Hold the volume down button when you boot it up, and release it when you see the Android guy. Then use the volume buttons to highlight factory reset, and use the power button to select it. Let it do it's thing, then let it sit, awake, for about 20 minutes so the apps can reinstall themselves. Let me know if that works for you.

My Settings, System UI and download apps disappered????

This works with devices having physical home button:- 1. Press the power button and the home button together for a while, long enough until the screen appears with Android bot and a progress bar which shows that it's formatting the internal memory.
With NO physical HOME button:-
2. In case your device does not have a physical home button, press the power button and both the volume keys together for few seconds.
3. Press gently the "reset pin-hole" present generally on a side of Tablet. Use a clip-pin or similarly fine thing to gently push inside to reset your device to factory settings.
NOTE: You'll not only lose the apps on your internal memory and the data associated with it. All the device updates will also be lost and you'll have the version of Android your tablet came with.

Do u haveproblems with downloading apps?? Mine logs on but everytime i try and downloAd apps it says i need the google play store app..... i cant figure out how to download it.......
