Your laptop should have a jack where you can plug in a pair of headphones. Virtually all modern laptops have this jack. You can also connect your Logitech speakers to this headphone jack. You may need to adjust the volume on your laptop fairly high in order to get proper sound from your Z4 speakers. Make sure the volume control on your speakers is turned down all the way when you connect them to your laptop's headphone jack, then turn it up to your desired volume level.

I had the same problem. You are right, Samsung tech support is awful. When I pulled the system out of my cabinet I was able to connect wirelessly. But in the cabinet it wouldn't work. I think my cabinet was blocking the wireless signal. Fortunately, I have a wireless ethernet bridge with a gigabit switch on my cabinet that hooks up my Panasonic plasma. I ran an ethernet cable to the BD-C6500 and the problem was resolved. If there is any way, try running an ethernet cable to your player. I know this defeats the purpose of wireless, but it worked for me.
