U tried hard reset it by holding the power button and volume when tablet off then going down to factory reset by using down button and press power button ok go down to yes and that will hard reset but make sure u back Ur tablet up before u perform an hard reset
Reset settings menu--> Master Reset options YES --> enter your 4 digit security code. The default code was 0000 unless you changed it. This will delete the phone entries. Security menu allows changing security code. You did backup anything you wanted to save, right? Note that customer service may remotely repair some phone problems.
If you can't take it back to your dealer, try contacting a computer science teacher at your local high school or community college and see if they can put you in touch with a student who could help you out. That would probably be the cheapest option.

Doing a hard reset will
