Yes, I did. The settings they gave me didnt work, but somehow it was able to copy my contacts from the sim card. Also my friend from work put his ATT sim in and it worked fine.

If the phone doesn't have sufficient charge it may do this. Try charging over night and then try power it on. If it doesn't work you may want to do an external reset. How do reset my DROID RAZR
