Didn't find the waste toner

the waste toner is part of the process unit. it takes about 45 to 50 thousand copies to fill.
please be careful when you clean it, it is actually 2 units that is joined by a small plastic pen on both sides
remove the process unit from the machine. place it in front of you
the toner is nearest to you, then follow the drum and main charge and at the back is the waste toner. one screw loosen a triangel type cover on both sides. tilt the unit to the side and let the waste toner flow out. you can motivate it by lightly tapping on it.

CANON 5070 IMAGEWRITER POSTING "WASTE

To remove the recovery unit, open the upper right door & remove the developing unit. Be careful to unplug the toner sensor at the front frame. The plug will be damaged otherwise. From the front remove all the corona units. Slide out the fuser drawer. Remove the retainer screw & lock in the drum shaft. Slide out the imaging unit.

The recovery can now be removed.

FAULT 7410:0147661 CONTACT SERVICE IS ON MY PRINTER KYOCERA FS2000-D

The error is for the drum not being set in place remove the process unit and open the left side cover where the drum is located. Remove the toner waste bottle and make sure the drum is pushed in all the way if it is you may need to replace the drum.

On a printer error code, the first 4 numbers are the actual error. the numbers after that is the page count for the machine.

If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it and give a testimonial for my response.

Thanks, Joe

Kyocera FS-3900DN Ecosys Call Service 2200:0100998 Help please our printer has stopped working

The Call Service 2200 is a drum motor error. The motor or gears might need to be replaced. First remove and re-seat both the developer and the drum unit. The developer is directly under the toner cartridge - lift it up then out first, then open left side door remove the waste bin and press the button on the drum unit just above the waste bin pull the unit out (carefull not to touch the drum surface). Re-seat both units. If this does not work call in a Kyocera Tech.

The error 7410 is for the drum not being set in place the numbers after that just resemble page count, remove the process unit and open the left side cover where the drum is located. Remove the toner waste bottle and make sure the drum is pushed in all the way if it is you may need to replace the drum.

please rate if this helps :)

Our Kyocera FS2000D has two small parallel lines down the left hand side of the paper. It just started doing this. Is this a symptom that the machine needs a new drum? How hard is it to replace the drum?...

drums are very easily to replace.. you don't even need a screw driver....before you order a drum...check the charge rollers..
this roller is part of the drum and you can order it seperate...
ok.. to remove the drum..first take out the process unit..this is the entire unit that the toner sits into( don't unlock the toner)..once the process unit is removed..open the left hand cover and remove the waste toner bottle.. the drum sits right above the bottle..simply push on the grey square tab.. to release the drum out of the left side of the printer (easy right!!) check the drum and chare roller..also on the process unit there is a green tab you can slide back and forth to clean the grid
