Check the cable charger, if is ok plug in your tablet in to laptop computer could be the software issue and has to be ,,reflashed" new software on

This can be caused by either a Netflix issue or an internet issue by your provider. The first thing I always do is go to netflix support; they have instructions. Type just this in at your path location at the top of your screen: netflix.com/support

The second thing that sometimes works is to just turn off your router, then turn it back on after counting to 45. Sometimes it just needs a reboot or a reset to bring it back on.

Turning Off the Kindle

Try resetting it by holding down the power button for 10 seconds.that would shut it down. Restart then try logging in. Try to factory reset using the combination buttons as listed below

After charging the Kindle, disconnect the cable from the device and then press the ON/OFF button, keeping it pressed for 20 seconds and then release it.
