I found the User Manual for the Nextbook NX007HD-8G at ManualsLib: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/957687/Nextbook-Nx007hd-8g.html . Nextbook has the documentation for most of the products here: http://www.nextbookusa.com/downloads/ . Either search by Category on the right (Ares and then 11A) or search for the model directly.

All other manuals are available on the devices themselves. Swipe down from the top on the Home screen of the Fire tablet when you are using it. Tap on Settings, then tap Help. Tap on the User Guide to read the manual. For the Kindle Fire, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap More and then tap Help & Feedback. Then tap User Guide.
