Genuine and consistent random flashing is normally a cable fault if is the main VU graph but there are other symptoms as well. If is the O/l (Clip) or Solo Leds on a channel strip have you checked for earth loops etc? Does it do it all the time or only when there's a signal? Which Leds are flashing and is there anything else that is not behaving correctly? It would seem if you can get a repair shop to have a look this would be your best bet.

Check the power going to the main output with a multimeter. It may be a simple fuse or the output board may have come disconnected from the main board.

I have a Mackie ProFX22 and when I solo the "rude solo" LED turns on. I have checked every signal and none are soloed. Also only the left meter shows anything. What is causing the "rude solo"?

The "rude solo" wil only flash if something is soloed. You need to check again as there is STILL something soloed. The left meter is because that is showing the channel that is being soloed. Once you unsolo everything, the meters wil display full left and right as usual.

How to setup a vocals

Turn gain CCW. plug microphone in, mute the channel. turn gain CW until peak LED flashes (while singing loud!) and turn gain back a little bit.
Take the channel fader down, unmute the channel. Put masters at 0dB (near maximum) and adjust the loudness with the channel fader to what you like.
EQ: it always depends on your location. Keep it flat. You might like to reduce at about 200-300 Hz. Cut the low end (Hi Pass Filter = on) or if no HiPass reduce "bass" for about 6...10dB.
ok?

Problem with the Mackie SRM 450 v2

It would be very unusual if the blue LED is burned out. They should last a million years. I suspect the power supply has a problem.

It is likely that the O/P transistors have blown, especially if the fuse keeps blowing and the O/L led comes on. It's a repair shop jobbie

Run your speakers cables to your stereo "outs" (L/R) then run your sub off of one of your aux "outs" or sub group "outs" (make sure you assign channels to sub group out).

TH-15A won't make sound. Comes on, then flashing front light

This probably means there is a failure and the internal protection circuits have activated. It will probably have to go to a shop for repair.

All channels are clipping after water spilled on mixer.

If power was NOT turned off immediately after the spill, it is likely electrolysis has eaten through one or more circuit trace(s). If power had been turned off right away and the unit dried it would have been OK. The unit will have to be taken to a shop and repaired. This could be an expensive repair.
If the mixer is working properly audio wise and only the clip LED's are lighting, the cost may be mostly labor to repair the circuit board damage.
