SOURCE: Tv picture not all showing up

this is like the conversion Ic's that is for projection tv's, but different for an lcd or plasma tv , it will need to go to the shop where they can order the board to correct this problem. these boards are not available to the public. you can try to replace any components on the video processing board that are bad , like electrolitic caps , surface mount resistors , diodes , but if it is a surface mount chip then you will need the whole board , because thats the only way to get it

SOURCE: Image on 'normal' setting isn't using full height of tv screen.

What you will need to do is grab your remote that came with the tv - click "Menu">select "Settings">go down to "Screen" and make sure that:

1. Wide Mode reads "Full"
2. Auto Wide reads "On"
3. Display Area reads "Full Pixel"

Hope that helps.

SOURCE: Our TV has only 2/3rds visible. The 1/3rd is black

Y Main board has failed.

Y Main controls vertical lines in the picture. Plasma TVs have x2 of these Boards. One for left and one for right. It sound like one of these has failed. Loose connections may also result in the symptom you reported

My Hisense has black bars that I can not remove. There is no ''stretch'' option on picture

The "black bars" at top and bottom are inherent in selecting the 16:9 aspect ratio.

I have a Roku hisense 32". It is set up but how do I re-scan for antenna channels?

First make sure that you have the antenna connected to the RF jack. Go to the Home screen of the TV and select the Antenna TV tile on the right hand side of the screen. (If you acquired the TV from a previous owner, they could have hidden this tile. See the steps preceded by Otherwise.) If this is the first time you scanned for channels, just follow the onscreen prompts (including setting your time zone). Otherwise, go to Settings (below Home in the left column on the home screen) > TV Inputs > Antenna TV > Scan again for Channels > Start finding channels. Use the arrow keys to navigate the menus/tiles and press OK to enter. To save, make sure to select Done and press OK.

The manual for the Hisense Roku TV (2019), 32HF4030F is available here: https://www.hisense-usa.com/support/models/32H4030F_hd-hisense-roku-tv-2019 . The current link to the manual is https://assets.hisense-usa.com/assets/ProductDownloads/88/c8c9a74079/Roku-User-Manual.pdf . The section for setting up TV channels starts on page 39 of the manual. See the section starting on page 10 for information on using the remote or TV front panel buttons in the menu.

I hope this helps.

My Hisense TV is messed up and I don't know how to fix it. It says Hisense on the screen in blue, then orange and then blue again. I think it's a H3 series.

Hi, Bought a hisense TV from Argos. The picture quality was great if you were in front of the screen but move a few degrees either side of the screen and it was unwatchable. Not acceptable and was returned after two days.

How to a get a full screen on a Hisense H5 smart TV

Full screen is a function of the program you're watching. Some programs will never fill the screen completely because of the way the program was originally formatted. Example: You watch an older movie that was formatted for 4:3 aspect ratio. It is impossible to watch the movie full screen in it's native mode. It makes no difference if you're watching the program off a DVD or a cable channel. You can rty filling the screen with the stretch and zoom functioms on the TV, but you will have to live with a distorted picture or loose a lot of the program picture because zoom cuts off a lot.
