There should be a knob on the control panel showing small, medium, large maybe even super. that is how you change the water level. Its for different amounts of clothing your washing at a time. If you put in a few clothes then you have the option of using less water.

Kenmore elite 22952 keeps filling til overflows, no matter what level setting

Inside the case there is a water level switch. It is round, has 2 wires to a number of connectors and a tube that goes down to the drum. As the water goes in, the water level rises in the tube and causes the pressure to operate the switch and turn the water off. If the machine was tilted or laid flat with the transit bolts not being in place, it may have caused the pipe to come off. The usually look like this.

or this

They are easy enough to change, but expensive. Check the pipe hasn't come off first.

Is there a way I can change the settings of Whirlpool Washer Model # CAE2743BQ, because this Machine has a very low level of water. Kindly teach us how to make the water plenty in the washer..

If you do not have owner's manual, try manualslib.com Double check the method for setting water level (load size). There may be an "energy conservation or water conservation" mode.
I would also take the purchase receipt to Home Depot and ask for help. If it is all machines, there may be a factory defect. Hopefully, you are within the factory warranty time.

How do you know if the water level sensor is working

Try setting the level to low...with the lid open, you can watch the water fill. Once the water gets to the proper level, it should change to the agitate mode. If you now switch the level to a higher level, it should stop agitating and start filling again. Note: some machines require you to turn the level control knob to the HIGH setting before it will change to a new level.

Water level in bowl is too low so it's a problem keeping it clean. How can I raise the water level?

All toilet bowls have a preset water level determined buy the design of the internal s-trap and can not be change. However if the water level in the tank is not as high as it should be this will affect the water put into the bowel as the bowel in refilled by the flush valve and if it is set to stop before it get filled to the proper setting the bowl water level may be low.
A quick test is to see if the water level in the tank is up to the line in the tank most all toilet tanks have a line either stenciled or marked with a indentation in the porcelain. Another way is to mark the level in the bowel with tape or a marker then pour water slowly into the bowel not fast enough to flush it wait to see if it stays higher then the mark you made or settles back to that level.

Raise the water level from low to high

This is done on the program control as the level can be set according to the amount of clothes that is put inside. The water level pressure switch will set according to this setting and allow the water to move up to the level then triggering to proceed to the next program.

When washer is in super wash cycle water will not stop causingthe tub to over fill running onto the floor.

It sounds like you are trying to use the largest water level setting. If this is correct you may have a pressure switch problem.

First turn the timer to spin and get all of the water out, that start a washer cycle with the water level set to the small or low setting and see if the washer fills to this level. if it stops at the low level great Now if it continues to fill and does stop you may need a pressure switch or the hose needs to be replaced that runs from the tub to the pressure switch.

Now set at the medium level and try again. does it stop or over fill?

If it over fills you probably need a pressure switch however before you purchase this, make sure the hose is in good condition one pin hole will cause your overfill condition.

Washer will not fill before agitation

The settings on water level may be set on very low amount. Check see your water level is set on medium or full. You may be expecting the wrong amount on the low setting.
