that is a no fill error code. If you are on a well system, pull off the cold water hose on the machine side, and see if the screen inside the valve itself, needs to be cleaned. if it doesn't need to be cleaned, replace the valve.
It "should drain automatically. If yours does not, please make sure the washer is properly leveled both front to back and side to side, make sure the drain hose is not inserted too far into the drain pipe and that there are no bends or kinks in the drain hose that might cause a blockage. Samsung also recommends cleaning the debris filter on a regular basis (at least once per month). To avoid spillage when cleaning the debris filter, it's important to first empty the rubber drain tube located next to the debris filter into a container. For more information, please refer to the User Manual."
Remove the power for sometime, check the inlet and drain hose connections. If there is good pressure on the inlet then the flow seems ok to the drum. If so the water level sensor must be checked to allow water to collect and cut off the inlet before allowing the drain to activate. If so the controller is a suspect as it opens the drain valve.
i would check the cold water solenoid firstly take off the tap to washer hose and you will see a plastic filterin the solenoid which you can pull out with a pair of long nose pliers to see if its blocked,if good it may have a faulty solenoid check water pressure at the end of the by turning the tap on and direct the water into the sink
Run a "Washing Machine Cleaner solution" through your machine to clean out built up grime and dirt inside the drum.
You must of course always only load up clothes so that there is good space left for them to move freely. Jammed up clothing will never wash clean.
Use a really good detergent, and my tip is NOT to use fabric softeners as they really gum up the works and cause grime and dirt buildup in places you cannot see! This mucky stuff then finds it way back into the next wash and the next and so on.

the problem is from the jet stream that is the(rotor) which generate force on the drum to move on to is position it means that is weak it need to be replace or service to service it you will have to unscrew the washer and adjust the jet back to is position connected to the drum then clean any form of dirt around it
but if you need to get another one apply online on at www.appliancecanada.com/ full of surprises like Washing machine Electric Cooktops · Gas Cooktops. Microwaves ...Sales centres are located in. Toronto and London, Canada. good luck and thanks for using fixya.
Go to the store and buy a bottle of CLR. Run a few cycles of it (without the clothes in there, of course!). Make sure you run a few cycles of just straight water before you attempt to wash clothes. That should do it. I've also heard of people using powdered lemonade to clean the inside of dishwashers, too. Maybe try the powdered lemonade first if you're squeamish about damaging something.
this is quite common for all front loading washers. the best way to clean is to use either Affresh or Washerfresh tables. you can purchase them at any appliance parts supplier.
