These drivers are compatible only for Window XP. If you are trying Windows 7 then you will have to take a chance. It may or may not work.
See this article. HP TC1100 Windows 7 Installation Notes
if it is it should have a 802.11 wireless controller built into it and a rj45 ethernet connection.
Please explain what is on the other end do you have a wireless router to connect to ? Does this work with other devices or is this a new setup. Do you have a user manual does it have 802.11 built into it. Using other cards how are you using other cards are they usb devices plugged into the usb interface. They would need the correct driver installed and if the tablet has a wireless adapter built in they would conflict with each other . The windows xp running on the tablet would most likely be a special version that runs on tablets if it is a tablet.
Windows 7 installs the correct drivers but if you are looking for drivers to enable cards larger than 1GB SD card, you cannot. This is a hardware limitation in the "4in1" card reader.
I would reinstall it as per the instructions from HP. as there may be drivers missing. Copy attached.

and you'll see that no device-drivers for Windows 7 are available from HP.
This might mean that HP has submitted the device-drivers for your wireless adapter to Microsoft.
If so, try: http://WindowsUpdate.Microsoft.com and do a search for "optional hardware updates".
If there is a device-driver, Windows Update will offer it for downloading/installing.
and download the correct device-drivers for your specific model of COMPAQ computer and for your specific Operating System (XP? Vista? 7?).
Install those device-driver(s).
You can try a manual Microsoft Update and choose "Custom" rather than Express and once the scan is done check and see if there's an additional hardware update that points to your Audio/Multimedia hardware.
thank you very muvh for replying, but I have a question..
There is a yellow colored point, but it cannot correctly search for the driver.
