If you are using an Apple iPad and are having trouble accessing your saved items on Facebook Marketplace, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
Clear cache and cookies: Clearing the cache and cookies on your iPad can often resolve issues with apps like Facebook. To do this, go to the Settings app on your iPad, then select Safari. Scroll down to the "Clear History and Website Data" option, and select it. Confirm that you want to clear the data, then try accessing your saved items again.
Update the Facebook app: Make sure you are using the latest version of the Facebook app. Open the App Store on your iPad and check for any available updates. If an update is available, download and install it.
Restart the app: Try force-quitting the Facebook app, then reopen it. To do this, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen to see the app switcher. Swipe left or right to find the Facebook app, then swipe it up to quit. Open the app again and see if the saved items are now visible.
Contact Facebook support: If none of the above solutions work, you can try contacting Facebook support directly. You can usually find a "Help Center" or "Support" section on their website, which may have resources for troubleshooting specific issues.
Remember, if you are unable to access your saved items on Facebook Marketplace, you can also try bookmarking the pages of individual items you are interested in to access them later.
The photos will have to be downloaded to a computer first. Then you will have to use itunes so search for the photos and add them to your itunes library. Or you could up load them all to facebook and use the facebook app on your ipad to look at them.
Have you tried going to Apps in your home screen, searching for the Facebook app and reloading it? When you have the app again, sign in to Facebook as usual an hopefully all you info should still be there.
It depends on whether you have an android device or an iPad. You need to make sure to add this information in the future.
Go to the App Store, or the Google Play Store, and find the Facebook app to download. If it won't let you download the app, that means it is still on your device. If it allows you to install or download, then you had deleted it.
Good luck, and remember to give us enough info in the future!
Delete the Facebook app from your iPad (press on its icon until it quivers, tap the X to delete it, tap the home button). Then, open the App Store application and tap Purchased. Find Facebook and re-download it. You'll be asked to log into Facebook with your user ID (email address?) and password to continue.
Is it the app? If yes, I would just delete the app and give feedback to the Facebook app and write to the Facebook crew and they should fix it in the next update.
To import all apps and settings from your older iPad, first sync your old iPad with iTunes on the computer. Then when setting up the new iPad Air, connect it to the computer and start iTunes. It will You then can choose to restore the old iPad complete to the new one. It won't copy apps that won't work on the new one.
If it is only he FaceBook settings, you can install the FaceBook app, from the App Store and then log in with your own account. (The same as you used on the old iPad) that should give the same friends also.
