By any chance was this after you did an update on the TV yesterday?
My 55" Soniq froze after the update and it won't go past the Soniq logo.
*FIXED* - Just go to Soniqs Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/soniqaustralia ) and there is a post there to reset the TV if the model is E55S14A which mine is.
