you should note that this resets your whole device and while erase all of your data.
Hi Look for a small pin hole in the side or back of the case. Use a thin piece of stiff wire(paper clip, eye end of sewing needle) push it gently into the pin to press the reset button. Hope this hdlps. Regards Bob from OZ.
You can't put letters on the number pad but you can change your password to be made up of letters. You do this by going to settings, security, then at the top of the page it will say number pad or something, you click on that, then follow the instructions.
