When you selected forget it erases the SSID and password you entered to connect initially so you will have to re- enter the info to reconnect!

Screen repair is a common fix. Check the yellow pages for a repair person or service. Depending on the damage the repair may not be worth the phone.

so press the power off button while holding the volume button. then when the logo comes up, release the power button. after that an android picture should show up, use the volume button as up and down keys.

Look for a small pin hole in the side or back of the case. Use a thin piece of stiff wire(paper clip, eye end of sewing needle) push it gently into the pin to press the reset button. Hope this hdlps. Regards Bob from OZ.

You can't put letters on the number pad but you can change your password to be made up of letters. You do this by going to settings, security, then at the top of the page it will say number pad or something, you click on that, then follow the instructions.
