Check the air filter, check the injectors, IT is running rich so it is either not enough air flow into the engine or it has worn injectors that are letting in too much fuel.
Your injectors need cleaning. Try some fuel injector cleaner pour it in the fuel tank and drive around. Change your air filter. Clean Throttle Body with carburetor cleaner.

check fuel delivery to a jar.
500ml in ten sec. is good i recon but specs are better from manual, dont burn yourself gas burns quickly.
if pump delivers well then the filter needs to be changed or injectors need cleaning.
also check air filter and throttle throat for dirt.
