Standard procedure when transferring contacts to another phone via bluetooth is, go to the to the phone's contact list and and press options. If the phone has bluetooth capability, it will display there "send VIA Bluetooth" as options. Select that option and make sure that the blutetooth of the recipient phone is enable.
