Align page not detected - HP OfficeJet 4215 All-In-One InkJet Printer

Clean print head.

Need to replace all print head with error or nozzles block
and try for alignment
once the page is printed it needs to be scanned to save alignment
if still get same message need to check for scanner functionality

I just had the same issue (align page not detected).

We had just re-installed the empty color cartridge back into the printer (long story but basically we knew we could only print B/W).

The align page printout had a lot of empty spaces around the black lines. This is apparently where the color lines are supposed to print.

Without those color lines, the printer would not detect the align page as color is part of the alignment being done.

Since we only wanted black printouts, I pressed 'cancel' to stop the alignment process, and now we just hit the Black copy button and ignore the alignment prompt on the printer window.

The HP site (enter psc750 in product window) has some helpful ideas as to what the problem might also be. It could be the shipping tape is still on the new cartridge (and preventing the black or color from printing on the align sheets) etc.

are you sure you had the right cartriges? if you did try changing your colour cartrige

when you installed the new one cartage then every time your printer will be align cartage and if the printer was not detect the alignment page properly then every time he will be align
so when the align page will be printed it will can properly once it will detected then the alignment page printing will be stoped

first ckeck out your cartager are ok if your cartager are ok then when the align page print it will scan and once the align page is detected , align page printing will be stop.

when it prints the align page, take a look at the carriage. Do you see it stop and shine a blue light every so often? That is what detects the alignment. If you do not see a light, call HP support.

what error u had got please tell me . also u can uninstall ur printer and again install it
