Why would check vent light go on after replacing sensor and computer

Is the dryer vent blocked with lint? If there is a restriction in air flow in the vent system, the dryer will stop. Make sure the vent path is completely clean even in the wall where the vent hose connects.

Choosing a dryer.Gas or Electric

A gas dryer saves electricity cost, but requires an installed gas line to the home and special installation. If gas is available for a dryer, the outlay for a gas dryer model may be a good option if your dryer usage is high. An electric dryer costs less, but requires installation and energy costs for a dryer varies with usage. Both types of dryers require proper venting to the outside. Always follow the dryer manufacturer's installation recommendations.

Is it electric or gas? It it is electric, try re-setting the breaker for the dryer on the main house panel.
If its gas, make sure the right amount of gas is getting to the dryer.

I have heat and movement but it takes hours to dry a load. The last time I noticed that very little lint was in the lint catcher. I moved four months ago and the natural gas person installed it. Maybe it...

The first thing to do is turn on the dryer then go outside and feel how much air and heat is coming out the vent.Your problem sounds like the vent is plugged.

Coil replacement

I'm not an expert but assuming you ordered the coils for your dryer your dryer must have them. I just finshed repairing my kenmore gas dryer after about 10 minutes the gas would shut off. This is becasue the coils that are on top of the gas line before the ignigter were defective. The coils control the gas valve and when my dryer got hot the coil being defective would close the valve. There are 2 coils a 2 prong and a 3 prong. Remove the front panel to gain access to the bottom of the dryer from there you will see your coils about as round as a quarter and 10 or so high. unscrew the screws holding down the retainer and undue the electrical clip. reverse for the install. good luck!

I have LG DLE2101W just installed yesterday. It

I found your manual and learned yours is a GAS dryer... the FIRST check is to be SURE the gas valve to your dryer is OPEN.

There is a Troubleshooting section, but NOTHING about no heat?

Know that LOW gas pressure CAN be a issue too!

I did find this:

"If the dryer no longer heats then the heating element may have failed, but it is not the most common cause. The most common cause for a dryer to stop heating is a blown thermal fuse."

The SECOND Link will be VERY helpful...

More help?
Cause 1 Thermal Fuse
Cause 2 Gas Valve Solenoid
Cause 3 Igniter

How to install gas dryer?

A gas dryer uses 120V.
You must have a gas supply with a minimum of a 1/2" x 36" flex. This allows for your dryer to have enough gas to operate.
You must have a dryer vent that is not vinyl. The gas dryer gets hotter than the electric and will melt the vinyl vent.

I have a lg dryer model dlg2532w gas dryer it does get warm

if the cloths are warm and wet the problem is not with the dryer but in the venting. check the air flow at the end of the line (where the exhaust leaves the building) if the air baffels are not fully opening when the drier is on there is probably an issue with the venting. remember to tape up the venting joints after inspecting it because it is also the exhaust for the gas. hope this helps.
