Switch the lens to "M" and focus manually, then take the photo.

If this is a brand new camera and it won't focus and you've read the manual and followed the directions, then you should return the camera.

Try manual focus, if the lens has a problem you can get another lens. Prove the problem by changing to manual focus the camera should then fire even if its not in correct focus.

Hi,

Check whether you have a proper lighting in the rom, try to use the camera in outdor and check whether the autofocus is working..

Also check whether the camera setting is set right, if the camera is set to MACRO mode and if you focus distance object it wont get focuses..

Even if the setting is right and the camera is not focssing then you have take it to sevice center to service it..

It won't focus because ya lens is out of focus due to it being stuck had same prob wig my Sony worked out cheaper to buy a new camera than have it fixed.very fiddley to repair hope if bin some help

i think its seen better days it will be cheeper to dump it and buy a new one sorry!

change your manual settings

flash the phones software

try to clear objective

Check the rear optic on your lens. Then may be dust or debris preventing the focus to lock on your subject.
