SOURCE: My Sony Walkman NWZ-E435F wont turn on at all even when plugged in with my USB
I had the same problem. For at least a week. Try pressing the reset button. The reset button won't delete your music, videos, pictures, etc. Just resets your system. If that does not work then i don't know what else to tell you.
SOURCE: HELP ME PLEASE with my "sony walkman NWZ-B105F MP3 PLAYER."
make sure your downloading it to the right folder on the mp3 player its usualy the music folder or you can try and use windows media player here are some instructions for that option.
--**Windows Media Player**--
If you have a large playlist to transfer, you may prefer to do it from your media player, such as Windows Media Player. Once your MP3 player is connected to the computer, open Windows Media Player. Click on the "Sync Music" tab. Drag songs that you want from your Windows Media Library over to the "Sync Music" column to create a playlist. Click the "Begin Sync" tab at the bottom once you have all of the songs on your playlist. This action will sync all of the songs to your MP3 player with one click. Disconnect your device once songs have been transferred by clicking on the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon in the bottom-right side of the desktop tray.

Yes I had the exact same problem with both Norton 2009 and TalkTalk Super Secure Boost. To solve it you need to go to control panel, switch to classic view, scroll down to 'System', in System select the tab 'Hardware', then click on 'Device Manager', then click on WALKMAN NWZ-S639F and go to update driver. This solution has solved this problem for me twice, should solve your problem too, let me know if it does. Thanks

okay, try plugging it in. Go to Startmenu, right click 'My computer', and select properties. Go to the 'Hardware' tab, then Device manager. Down at the bottom, you should see a section of the tree that can be expanded, entitled 'Universal Serial Bus Controllers' Find the Unknown device part. Select that, then go to 'Action','Uninstall'. After un-installation, the computer might restart. Unplug your walkman. When windows is back up, plug it in, and see if that works. if not, I have an alternative solution
