Kindle won't charge any more. I have been getting a ? over the battery read out for the last couple of months, but after plugging it in to the charger overnite it seems to operate fine until today. After placing on charger no green or even red charging light will come on.
Log onto amazon.com next to search bar is Your Account. Move pointer to bring up list. Click your account from list. On next page, right side is help desk home. click and fill in info on your problem. They can give you info on what type of battery and how to replace; they will answer back by emial or phone. Your choice.

I have the same problem. The screen saver is partially frozen on the screen on the upper right corner and then blank down the rest of the right side. The rest of the screen is readable and I'm able navigate (turn pages, select different books, etc).
