I cant receive calls cant recharge

I saw a free manual using https://www.google.com to search, but didn't see how to bypass the screen lock. There were also firmware download instructions on other web sites, but again, I didn't see how to bypass the screen lock.

The only thing i can think of is letting the tablet battery totally discharge, then recharge it and hope this resets it. Sorry i cant be of better help

good then just reset it an start over kinda, remove memory sd card ,
press reset with toothpick , might have to do it with it off or on .

Just called customer service and got a fix. Plug in the recharger and insert a needle into the reset hole, hold it for ten seconds, release. Wait until you get to the main screen to make sure everthing is all right. My unit was not recharging even though it was plugged in. So I'll be going to the store of purchase for a replacement.
